PKHeX cannot handle "PP Up" item in Gen2 mode in Japanese

When the PKHeX language is set to Japanese, "マックスアップ (HP Up)" does not appear in the item list in Gen2 mode.
Instead, two "ポイントアップ (PP Up)" are displayed, but since this "PP Up" is treated as HP Up regardless of which one is selected, PP Up cannot be handled in Japanese.
Therefore, just opening Items and pressing Save, PKHeX will change PP Up to HP Up. 

Also, although it has nothing to do with this problem, "するどいくちばし (Sharp Beak)" is still in English, so I would appreciate it if you could add a translation.
