PKHeX unsupported file type/size on Gen 7

Hello I want to create some pokemon for my pokemon moon game I got the main file by checkpoint and also by JKSM.

But both come out with the same error:

I have two cartridges of pokemon moon and a test was to load the save to the cartridge that was without any game and it worked when I entered the game had the game that I had taken.

What can I do?  And I searched the forum and saw videos but still can not load the file to pkhex

Properly transfer the data. Something is truncating the final few byes off the end, leading to an irregular size.
