Isle of Armor Moves Missing?

Are the Isle of Armor moves missing from PKHeX? I tried to add Grassy Glide to a Grookey and Grassy Glide is missing as an option. Is it possible for a move to still work (in-game) even if PKHeX says it doesn't exist?

Use an Isle of Armor or Crown Tundra save with PKHeX. I get the feeling that you’re using a Base SWSH save with PKHeX.

Also ensure you've updated your PKHeX to the latest version.
