i dont know what this means

i fixed the gen 8 thing now its saying binary is not capable with save file current gen 3 when its an emerald save file in vba any clue what to do i saved twice in game and exported battery files

Doesn't look like you saved twice in-game.

I used the red line to denote a break in 2 halves. Each Gen 3 save contains 2 save blocks. First save block is thorough trash, second save block has data. This is indicative of only saving once in-game.

I did it properly on my end and it worked:

 

By the way, just so you know, randomized Pokemon would appear illegal.
