Battle Tree/Tower/Frontier

Hello, I was just wondering if there was a way to use the software to get around the restricted/banned Pokemon in the battle tree in USUM or ORAS? I just think its a waste to have these legendary mons and not be able to use them in this format just for fun. Can anyone let me know if it's possible and if so how it can be done? Thanks.

I'm under the impression this requires ROM editing, not SAV editing.
Sadly I don't have any real specifics on how to get this done

i have achieved this but im sure i had to edit the hexcode of some of the rom files. Theres a thread about doing it in this forum
