Can cheat detection methods in Pokemon Sword tell that Pokemon from Emerald were generated using an Action Replay?

Sorry for that weird post. I'm on mobile and I guess my finger slipped. 

My question is that, if I take Pokemon that were Wild Encounter generated from a physical Action Replay all the way back in Emerald be detected as such somewhere in their data if I took those pokemon all the way from Emerald > Pearl > Black 2 > PokeBank > Home > Sword and went online with them? Is there something in their ID that is a dead giveaway?

Best way is to check the Pokémon's data using PKHeX's legality checker. It's better than the official online-checker in 99.999999% of all cases.
