Inject the wonder card into your USUM save.
Then redeem it from the deliveryman in the Pokemon Center.

After doing a quick search in the github (I searched for wc7, which is searchable in regular PKHeX github), I'll say the feature isn't supported.

For best experience with PKHeX, use the PC version.
