hello, I'm using Linux as my operating system (Linux Mint) to be more detailed. I installed wine and when i open it gives me an error like this :

I also was unable to run PKHex using Wine (I try every so often, including just now when I saw this query), and I could have been more attentive to details such as posting terminal output, etc., but the condensed version is, I have had much better success using mono instead of wine. For example, installing the mono complete package in Synaptic, and then running a command such as "mono /path/to/pokehex --hax". Obviously the --hax trigger is optional. For me, that works fine.

PKHeX doesn’t run with wine-mono-6.2.0.

You need to install native .Net
