Red Scarf Unreleased in Gen 5?

When trying to add the red scarf to a Pokémon in pkhex, for the Gen 5 Games, BW and B2W2, it says it is invalid and the held item is unreleased. You can get the red scarf in those games though, no?

I'm able to replicate this on the latest dev build.

i believe red scarf was only available in dppt and oras.

You're absolutely right, in that it's not in BWB2W2. I checked the wrong table on bulbapedia.
