how to show the gen 3 wonder card

i  used wc3tool to inject the old sea map and got the item , but i can't see the wonder card information.

then i use the pkhex and put WC3Plugin floder in it. but didn't get anything different.

how i show the wc3 wonder card

I'm guessing you're referring to the game.
 

First, your wireless adapter has to be attached to your GBA.
Then, go to Mystery Gift (can be seen on your Continue screen)
Then, select Wonder Cards.
