Transfering Gen 2 Pokémon using Dump Boxes

Used the injector.c script before to transfer pokémon using Dump Boxes from gen 6 to gen 7 but haven't been able to transfer from gen 2 to gen 3. I don't know if it's even able with this method or even other methods, tried about 5 different things and couldn't restore save and trade with PKSM, using other save editors that convert pokemon from gen 2 to 3, none of that worked. 

Just want my pink Dunsparce that got on Silver

There is no legal way to transfer from Gen 2 to Gen 3.

If you can accept the usage of an illegal way, just open PKHeX in Hax mode, then import the pk file into your save.
