Game can't obtain move

Hi,

I'm attempting to modify my Galar Articuno (.pk8 attached).

When i load it into PkHex i get a message "Game can't obtain move - Freezing Glare"

There is a pop up to continue which will change freezing glare to agility and the mon becomes illegal.

Anyone having similar issues/workarounds. Please try the .pk8 and let me know if you get the same issue.

I was able i get it to work by opening a second PkHex app not associated with a SWSH save.
