PKHeX doesnt accept my pokemon y save file

I want to use pkhex for my pokemon y safe file.  i use citra nightly the current version. i get the error message:" attempted to load an unsupported file type /size...File Size 415232bytes" and i already checked if its the right file and path (C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Roaming\Citra\sdmc\Nintendo 3DS\00000000000000000000000000000000\00000000000000000000000000000000\title\00040000\00055e00\data\00000001) just to be sure i add the main file

I'm assuming you didn't save in the game itself, and used the save state function on Citra?
