Help my pkhex is saying that my save is not a supported type

What game is this for, how are you playing the game, and how did you obtain it?

Chances are, you didn't save in game, and instead used state saves. Save in game properly

Look at the bottom part of this page, but above the comments section.

(also, I was asking how you obtained the save, not how you obtained the game)

ohhh the save was obtained from the citra folder (C:\Users\M3Con\AppData\Roaming\Citra\sdmc\Nintendo 3DS\00000000000000000000000000000000\00000000000000000000000000000000\title\00040000\00164800\data\00000001) and the error that comes up is in the picture

Like I said, save in-game properly twice, not use state saves.

Okay so I in game saved a few times and when i go to the file local it still says 432kb and wont work so maybe im looking in the wrong file local

tell me the steps you take to save in-game.

so is start it up and it after the start screen i press x and it brings up the menu then the save button in the bottom right then it says would you like to save then i say yes and it says your game has been successfully saved.

okay, follow this tutorial, try this method to get your save.
