Ok. If you want an event rayquayza, guys, than this is the file. I was searching through pkm database, and found a Korean event rayquayza. I made him level 100, and maximized his stats to the legit extent. Moveset- Extremespeed Outrage Fly Draco Meteor

And it's other stuff is awesome. Just open it in sav, and see for yourself.
