Ataxion Posted January 25, 2021 Share Posted January 25, 2021 (edited) I want to do a FireRed Shiny only run but I found one for 1/100 but I don't want it to be that easy does anyone have a firered patch with 1/512 shiny encounter rate? Well if it's an IPS patch, you can use a Lunar IPS program. It basically writes the changes (as dictated in the patch) into a copy of the file that should be change (which in this case, is a ROM).
