How to convert .pk3 to .pkm

Can anyone let me know how to convert a .pk3 file to .pkm file? I'm trying to use the shiny2 gts to send pokemon to my generation 5 game but the program only allows me to send .pkm files instead of any other file format.

@paduck I'm assuming the .pkm represents a Pokemon file from Gen 5.
(in older days, which in part was when these programs were made, .pkm was the name of the file format, for files that are now known as .pk4 and also pk5; I'm simply elaborating on what ".pkm" represented.)

1. Load a Gen 5 save into PKHeX
2. Drag the .pk3 into the active PKHeX window in point 1
3. Now export/drag out the Pokémon. You should get a .pk5
4. Rename the .pk5 to .pkm

That is all you gotta do.
