Character Limit on Text in Pokemon Ultra Sun & Moon

I'm currently doing a translation project. I translated the moves from English to my language. The problem is, some of the names exceed the character limit and dont show up on the summary screen and battle screen. However, they appear fine on the PC screen. Anyone knows how can I change the character limit on these?

Presumably you can't, or the data isn't out there, or the data isn't recorded down.

I say shorten the names.
