Events with !.wc files that have proper date of event

Where can I find all or most events in !.wc format which gives me the wondercard at the exact date of the event?

It doesn't exist.
And dates don't matter, since NDS/3DS date can be changed before receiving the gift.

Before receiving yes but then the wondercard will be today's date and not the actual event date when you inject it.

then just change your computer date then inject it.

Like I said, dates don't matter. So there's no real reason to require it to be the event's date.
