Transferring PK w. illegal moves in USUM, but legal in SwSH?

Does anyone know if a ban can be triggered when transferring Pokémon from bank to HOME? For example say I want to transfer an Umbreon with Foul Play from Ultra Sun to Sword. An Umbreon w. Foul Play is illegal in UM, but legal in Sword.
