Can I restore the save of every Pokemon in the box on SW/SH and then transfer them to Pokemon Home?

Would this be somehow possible without being banned? The goal is to transfer them all to Home then withdraw them all so that I can get my own Magearna?

 

I have 2 Switches, so my thought process was download the save on hacked switch, locally trade them all to my legit Switch, then deposit and withdraw them all to/from Home.

Would recommend against that.

We do not know how they intend to "beef up their HOME security", so I suggest against that.
