My guess is that it’s a server based game. I have no proof for it, besides the game not being able to function offline.

In reality, some parts may not require server connection, but a common practise for these kind of games is to make everything calculated/determined by the server.

As a result, I reckon what you’re asking for being unlikely to exist.
