You didn't mention what game these are for, nor what you want to do, and literally copied and pasted some GARC addresses (that you probably found online).
I don't have time to match and check where these address are from, and I can only assume this is for Gen 6 (cause it has the name maison).

GARCs are files within a ROM. They can be manipulated and replaced with extraction and injection and editing.
If you don't know what these are nor what these are for, I doubt you have the initiative nor technical level to edit them. I advise you not to mess with them.
