Problem with a few of my pokemons.

Hi so I tried making a team out of a few pokemon I owned and modified them with pkhex (pkhex says they're legal), the thing is when I try playing against one of my friend (I don't play online normally we just decided to make teams out of pokemons we liked and battle) but the game won't let me, it tells me there's an issue with one of the pokemon on my team. Here are the files, hope someone can tell me what's wrong with them.

Try order of elimination to find out which one is the problem, go on some wifi match bring another pokemon to replace one of your pokemon each time and figure out which one is causing the problem.

They're all causing problems, I don't get why. I've tried modifying it all.

Like I said switch one of them out to see which one is causing problem, pkhex didn't flag anything.

And like I said I've done that, i went into wifi battles wich each of them separately and had issues so I'm confused.

Did you caught, breed the rest , revive the fossil?

I caught all of them in the wild and used the fossils for the one fossil pokemon, all I did was change their stats and natures for the fight since my friend did the same to his team.

Make sure the format you are playing in accept all your pokemon

What do you mean by format ?

When you play a battle online there are certain type of rule you can pick like battle tower rule, single battle no restriction, single battle battle tower rule etc, check for those did it tell you a pokemon can't participate?

Well yes I was playing normal single battles.

If you can't figure it out , try rebuilding the same team, like breeding the one you can breed, and revive another Dracozolt etc.

Okay I've done this again and I figured something out, rotom is the one I have an issue with.

Somehow pkhex says rotom is legal but his attacks aren't supposed to appear in the form I had him in. I think that's a bug with pkhex.

Yea it does kinda suck that pkhex doesn't check the move when you change the form, the game check for it.
