I have a problem when I am trying to put the move fissure and confusion to a blastoise with game origin Crystal, Pkhex read the move fissure as illegal. When I look it up on bulbapedia blastoise can learn fissure on Gen 1 through TM. Also, the move confusion can be learn by blastoise as an egg move in Gen 2 and already exist since Gen 1. So that means a blastoise with confusion from Gen 2 can be teach Gen 1 TM through time capsule. Other Gen 1 TM when I put in on blastoise say it legal. Can someone help me?

Open 2 PKHEXES: One with Crystal settings, the other with Red settings. Give confusion to Blastoise in gen 2 (make sure it's an egg pokémon), drag the Blastoise from PKHEX Crystal (gen 2) to PKHEX Red (gen 1), give it fissure and trade it back to gen 2, done.

I'm still confuse about the part change the blastoise to egg pokemon, Is the "in egg" option because when I try put in on blastoise it become illegal and don't know how to add it to the blastoise tto become legal? @Hide

I understand, check the picture I insterted/attached in this message. Your Pokémon should have similar stuff to the one in the screens. You will send this Pokémon to the past, teach them fissure and send it "back to the future" (LOL). Remember, open 2 PKHEXES and do as I described before.

By the way, your pokémon must have moves that exist in RED/BLUE/YELLOW when sending them to the past. Keep that in mind.
