AlphaComp
Im new to this save editing stuff recently. But im having issue with my Pokemon Sun save file. I just added a shiny fennekin with an ability capsule into my save file yesterday and export it. I also use Checkpoint in order for it to work. But,when i open my game today,it loaded my last save before the water trial.[I have completed the trial before i use PKhex]. I went to PKMN center and check my box.And guess what?,The shiny fennekin is right there, with the Ability capsule i gave her I really confuse about this.Is there any solution for this problem? (Sorry IF my english is bad)

The Fennekin is there, even tho you added it there? I have a hard time seeing what the problem is.
AlphaComp
When the problem occurred,im afraid that my fennekin wasnt in the game,so i checked my box. After i know it make it into the game,i feel relieved. Also, Do you know the solution about the problem im facing? (About the save reset itself after i use PKhex on it) Edited May 28, 2020 by AlphaComp

As I said, I'm confused to what the problem is. You added a Fennekin, and got a Fennekin, so I don't know what the issue is. Is it this: 42 minutes ago, AlphaComp said: when i open my game today,it loaded my last save before the water trial.[I have completed the trial before i use PKhex] If I interpret right, when you loaded your game (the edited copy from PKHeX), your progress supposedly reverted to a previous save, yet your edited Fennekin is there, right? If I were to guess, I would assume that you DID NOT backup the save after you completed the trial. You only made a backup for a save which is before you completed the trial. It would explain why Fennekin is there.. In any case, to be sure in the future, save in-game twice, then perform the backup, then perform the edits, then perform the restore. AlphaComp
The issue is, When i load my save, I started back in front of the entrance to Brooklet Hill(I have reached Ula Ula island before i edited it with PKhex) I use Checkpoint in my 3DS to load the save i edited(Restore selected save). I got my fennekin, but i lost a few of my progress (My 3ds has a SD card with PKMN games in it) Edited May 28, 2020 by AlphaComp

I've made an edit (presumably while you were typing this out), so do check out my updated post.
