Alolan Raichu Pokémon Sword Legality

I have PKHex updated and don't know why I can't make an Alolan Raichu Legal... Please Help

You can only get an Alolan regional evolution, in well, Alola.

Since the subject in question was bred in Galar, it cannot obtain Alolan evolution, lol
