Is Possible use two switchs to transfer pokemons editing by PKHex?

There is my question:

 

1 - I have a Switch, with SysNand and Emunand. And I used PKHex to edit a save in Emunand.

2 - I want to send this Pokemons to a original game, ins SysNand;

3 - I think to use two Switchs in that. One with Emunand and the editing save by PKHex. And the second one with the Original game and SysNand;

4 - I think about not use the online contents for that, but the Local Communication in game;

5 - My point is: withot online communication, there insn't any risk to take a BAN.

 

Right?

I mean, the risk is low, and so far GF/TPCi hasn't outright banned people for possession of illegal mons,
but so far low risk isn't equal to no risk.

The cases of bans so far, isn't for having hacked mons, but rather for using a CFW device.

So as long as CFW is detected on your device (even if CFW is only in emuNAND, they may detect that your device has CFW or a emuNAND usage nonetheless?) they can still ban you?

We don't work for any of them, so we wouldn't know how they function, how they detect, their rules etc.

All we can tell you is no matter what you do, there will be some risk.
