[BUG] inverted Aurora/Mystic Ticket event flags in FRLG

Hello,

I saw that with 20200314+ versions of PKHeX there were added some new event flags for 3rd gen games. In FRLG the old flag "Received Aurora Ticket" is now "Can travel to Birth Island" and there are new flags "Received Aurora Ticket from Mystery Gift" and "Shown Aurora Ticket".

But I noticed that if I've actually received Aurora Ticket from Mystery Gift, "Received Mystic Ticket from Mystery Gift" is flagged instead of the "Aurora Ticket" one.

Then, just to be sure, I tried to inject a Mystic Ticket WC on another save file (I can't check with an original one because, in Italy, Mystic Ticket was never been distributed) and, this time, "Received Aurora Ticket from Mystery Gift" is flagged instead of the "Mystic Ticket" one.

In conclusion, I think that they were simply inverted 

(In Pokémon Emerald everything is ok, "Received Aurora Ticket from Mystery Gift" is flagged correctly).
