Invalid Relearn Move?

I'm attempting to make a durarnt in pkhex. I put the move super power on my durant, which pkhex says it needs to be a relearn move. But when I put it as a relearn move, it gives me the little mark and says that its not legal. When I remove the relearn move, its illegal and says it needs to be a relearn move.

It's a TR move. Make sure you check it in the Technical Records segment.
