there should be a key shortcut like shift clicking the technical records button that will check every legal technical move for your Pokemon. unless there is already and i just missed it

Shift already sets the relearn flags for the current moves. There's no need to have more than the current moves.

If you want to give ALL, you have to open the form and hit the associated button.
