Help to change my character's gender

Good morning, someone could help me or teach me how I can change the genre of my game character, I have been looking for and I can't find any solution. Thank you.

If we're talking about Gen 6 - 8 games (excluding ORAS and LGPE), not an easy swap. clothings and event flags gets all messed up. Info for that isn't documented as well. So just start a new game.
