Bank corrupted my save file - any hope?

So I just transferred my living dex onto my Ultra Sun game to complete the pokedex on there. You know, just to get that done before I send them to Home.

Then I started up US, and the save file is corrupt. 

I do have a save dongle, so I can extract the file. Is there anything I can do to save it?

PKHeX requires decrypted save data. Can't be used without a decrypted save.
