I'm going to try and use pkhex tomorrow, but my question is how will i be able to use it to go online?

PKHeX doesn’t allow or disable online usage.

to go online, you must have a Nintendo Onljne subscription. Has nothing to do with PKHeX

So, A person told me I need to restore my save data from checkpoint then restart my switch and then my switch will be back to normal will pkhex work then

You’re not making sense. Is PKHeX not working for you?
