i am making my old buddy from gold. She is an arcanine. i wish to know how to use the hidden value (hex) to be able to have my arcanine have a hidden power (grass). All i need is what to type and where to put it. i also need a good secret ID. thank you.

well you dont need to edit the hex value for the hidden power, you need a combination of IVs, as for the SID you can pick a random one it dosent really matter (the OT,ID,SID only make the pokemon obey to you at any level).

use this website to get the correct IVs for hidden power grass:

IVs for hidden power grass are : 31 HP 30 Attack 31 Defense 31 Speed 30 Special Attack 31 Special Defense.

This gives you an Arcanine with high stats and a maximum powered Hidden Power Grass (Hidden power grass power 70)
