Pokewaker Event Routes

Hey guys completely new to PokeGening and just wanted to know if I could unlock these special event Pokewalker for my legit cartridge. I have found and read the Intro and Setup and found the Wonder Card numbers for the Routes that I want. If anyone knows if I can still use the Japanese events on my English game that would help me out as well. I also would like to know what hardware I need to get or just point me in the direction of a discussion on the issue.

There are several ways to edit saves on real cartridges, check out the tutorial.

Once you got your save file you can open it in PKHeX, go to Misc Edits > Pokewalker and select Unlock all, you don't need the wondercards.
