Pokemon I generate in PkHex not showing up in game

Hello everyone, I hope this finds you well,

I generated 3 Pokémon in PkHex (Kyogre, Rayquaza and Xerneas) but when I load the file into my Ultra moon the Pokémon don't show up at all. I have already tried setting my Pokémon to make sure they're there but nothing happened.

First of, I need these things:
1. I need to know what save file manager (to import/export saves) are you using?
2. Need a copy of your save before editing, and one after editing (and tell me what you edited)

I use JKSM
The first file is before The second is after putting in Xerneas, Rayquaza and Kyogre. I put all my edits in box 3. Never had this happen before, and when I put the file back in PkHex the edits don't show up at all.
