Event: Pokémon WCS 2010: Shiny Eevee Distribution

<p><img src="http://projectpokemon.org/news/files/Shiny_Eevee_2010.PNG" style="border: 1px solid #369; margin: 0 0 0 1.5em; float: right; color: #369; font-size: 90%;" />The official Pokémon site has recently announced the more info of the World Championships 2010 - Shiny Eevee. The shiny Eevee will be available to all participants of the WCS 2010. Atlhough, the distribution won’t start until around Spring 2010.</p>

<p>The sign up dates will be from November 6th, 2009, through March 23rd, 2009 at various locations in Japan. For more info on locations, dates and times, please <a href="http://www.pokemon.co.jp/special/wcs0910/application/" target="_blank">click here.</a></p>

<p>The shiny Eevee will know the moves Iron Tail, Trump Card, Flail, and Quick Attack and will be contained in a Cherish Ball. In addition to this, it will also be at Level 50. Due to the Eevee being Shiny, it allows for only one Nature. The Nature is currently uknown, however, we’ll update you as soon as we recieve info. Much thanks to Guested for the translations.</p>

Those dates are sign-up dates, not the dates of the actual competition.

As far as I can tell, the competition (and event) won't start until spring-ish, 2010.
