hacking stats through PKHaX

Hello, is it possible to hack your pokemon stats through PKHaX? Because the stats always got reset, and ive checked the "hack box" and ive cilcked set. Thank you for the help

Stats are recalculated after various interactions.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the vast majority of games don't store stats when the pkm is in the box.
