What to put in as trainer id on a game I don't own?

I want to gen a pokemon that's only available in ultra moon. However I don't own it. Is there any way to generate a legit trainer id + secret id that I can use so it will look like I own the game and that I've caught the pokemon.

randomly key in numbers, it doesn't matter.

For both trainer and secret id? If so what happens if someone else's trainer id and secret id are the same? And can I use my id's from pokemon sun?

it is unlikely for a person's TID, SID, ot name and ot gender to be exactly the same between 2 others,
but when it is, the Pokémon with those details are treated to be belonging to the same Trainer.
