[SMUSUM] 2018 Birthday Pokemon (Infrared)

I was told that they stopped the SMUSUM Birthday Pokemon early and at most locations never distributed the 2018 Pokemon. Most likely this was to boost Switch/Let's Go sales.

For that reason I contributed them to the GitHub gallery. You can find them under WCID 301.
