2. It is said that hacked Switches get banned from online usage. People are commonly either already banned, or not wanting to risk it.

If you sincerely want to get a hacked switch, make sure you have an pre-Mariko unit (I think that’s the name), a USB-C to A cable, and a micro SD card. While this isn’t the place to teach people how to hack their switch, what I can say is that I’ve basically done it last week, and it isn’t as tedious as installing a CFW on the 3DS.
