Use PKM AS save on OR save?

So I have this idea of using pokemon Alpha Sapphire on Omega Ruby save:

I tried to just import the save from AS onto OR via JKSV but it didn't work, all the contents on the OR game are AS contents now, can anyone help me editing my AS save to OR? I really don't want to start over OR, it's exhausting.

It works, for the most part, prior OR after important story events.
Doing so inbetween the story events might stop you from being able to progress, or screw up some of the visuals.

What do you mean by OR game are AS contents.
You're fighting Team Aqua on Pokemon OR? lol.
Regardless, you'll still end up challenging Groudon, if I'm not mistaken.

Yes, I fight with aqua team IN OR game,lol

idk what to do. Have you tried that method before?

Normally my swaps are post game, so I'm not exactly affected by that. Tho I think I did an early swap once and got the wrong Lati@s cut scene, but still, you should obtain the correct Pokemon. You can probably just live with it?

or start an early game on both, and compare which flags get set. Maybe that's what decided if OR or AS enemies shows up.
