Trainer in pokemon

I wondered how to mark all in-game trainer as battled cause I have no idea how to know the trainer location that I have not battle them yet.(ORAS Version)

Presumably in a similar manner as legendary Pokemon, which is event flags.

Is there any guide of how to do that? I don't see the trainer flags.

There isn't. If you can do a before and after save, you can compare the flags.

For the intended save, have those four flags set.
