Allowed? Movsets

So if i use a Cofagrigus with 

Toxic Spike

Destiny Bond

 

And kill off with DB.

Use 4 Pichu (sash+Endeavor) and my opponent die by poison. Will this be counter as FEAR? or since you die by Poison (status effect) its just a backdoor to use FEAR Legit? If FEAR is not allowed?

IMO i use The Toxic as a finisher and not any dmg moves. Its just 50% of fear (Endeavor+Sash) I could use a level 100 Pichu but level 1 have lower hp...)

Is using 4 of the same species even allowed to begin with?

plus toxic spikes won't work on stuff that are Poison or Steel type or Flying Type, if I'm not mistaken.

Additionally Endeavor won't work on Ghost types, so the moment you encounter a Ghost type your plan is dead. It'll probably knock out all your Pichu before it dies from Toxic.

 

I am not a competitive player so I'm not the best judge, but it just seems gimmicky and would only work in very limited circumstances..

Yes i agree BUT is this strat counted as FEAR or its a Legit backdoor to use "kinda" FEAR?

I think it's still FEAR, since you're using Lv1 + Endeavor and sash.
