[Help] Gen 4 (Platinum) Tutor moves.

Hi I'm new here, I been enjoying using PkHex but I think I found a problem but I don't see what I'm doing wrong.  I'm trying to generate a Venomoth with Ominous wind and Air cutter but the app gives me a invalidate moves but int Pk Platinum is possible to make Venomoth learn this moves via move tutor. So I don't see what's wrong?

Poketransfer updates Met Level when transferred up from Gen 4 to Gen 5.

Having the updated Met Level at 23 means that it was transferred as a Venonat,
hence why it can't have those particular Venomoth tutor moves.

Hmm, how should I fix it then? I tried the make encounter as "real" as possible "I caught a Venonat at level 23 on route 229 and I level up enough to make it evolve and teach Venomoth those moves with the Move tutor".

Gen 3 and 4 are still a problem for me.

Increase the Met Level, so that it appears that it was transferred as a Venomoth.

Besides that, I took a quick look and your file, and it looks like you'll have PID issues.

I think I found the solution.

I changed the met level to 31 and add the "as egg" option, now It appears to be "legal". Is this ok/ actually legal?
