Problem with illegality check

I just started to lear use the program and everything's right except a legallity check with a feraligatr, it seems it doesn't have Avalanche as a valid move when it was an avaliable TM to learn in Gen4 and the game origin is HG

It seems it's just missing because I have no problem with other combination of attacks from older gems like Golem from Emerald with Sucker Punch from Gen4 tutor

Working as intended. Met data says it was transferred from Gen4->5 at level 1, thus it could only exist in Gen4 as Totodile.
