Legality of shiny (using cute charm) pokeradar exclusive pokemon in gen 4

Pokeradar exclusive pokemon that are shiny using the cute charm glitch are flagged as illegal. Just to be clear, they're not from shiny grass patches.

The save file has such pokemon. They are in box 9 (mostly).

If I'm not mistaken, those are Swarm Pokemon, not Pokeradar Pokemon.
 

I just checked my own entries, and Pokeradar Pokemon aren't affected.

Anyway, Swarm+Cute Charm bug has been reported earlier by me, and will be fixed in next release
