Gen IV Unown - Current handler can't be OT

So I've created this Unown shiny from HGSS. I've got the PID, nature, etc correct but it said that current handler could not be OT. Do you guys know how to fix this

My current trainer info is TID: 15297     SID: 05168

Try and interpret what it means. If the pkm was transferred, it is no longer being handled by the OT.
