Help Needed

So I'm on basically finished but I can't get rid of this alert and though I've attempted adding my togepi as is the browser didn't crash after using the QR code and i just factory reset my spare 3ds

I would be extremely grateful if someone more knowledgeable than me on the topic would help

Click inside the "Latest (not OT) handler" gray-outlined rectangle (but outside the black-outlined one containing the name), it should become green inside just like the "Trainer Information" one currently is and check again.
If the problem persists, inject it into your party or a box in your save file.
If still nothing, upload it so someone can check it for you (maybe myself depending on when you do it).
